A fifteen-second, three-shot story with native AI audio uses 100 credits. The chosen format and its credit cost are shown before a paid generation. Previews are still images, not free videos. Your caption is a separate text download, not burned into the film.

Delivery and support

AI likeness, motion and shot timing can vary. Failed generations return the credits reserved for that generation. If the provider has not acknowledged a submission, the credit stays reserved while its status is checked; it is not submitted twice. Download results within 7 days.

Refunds

Used credits and downloaded digital results are normally non-refundable. Contact support@stillusvideo.com about unused credits, duplicate payments or a delivery problem. Rights required by applicable law remain. Refunds and payment disputes may remove the corresponding credits.

Your photos

Both depicted people must agree to appear. Use photos you have the right to submit, and do not use the service for deceptive impersonation or non-consensual content. This is an original fictional scene, not an exact remake or an official branded template.
